The Bridal Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized client experience while driving sales performance, with a particular focus on Bridal and Couture. This role acts as a brand ambassador, building long-term client relationships and supporting the successful delivery of bridal appointments, fittings, and bespoke services.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver a luxury, appointment-driven client experience, particularly within Bridal and Couture
Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term loyalty
Proactively manage client outreach and follow-up, including appointments, fittings, and after-sales service
Achieve individual and store sales targets, with a strong focus on high-value transactions
Act as a specialist in Bridal and Couture collections
Represent the Vivienne Westwood Brand to the highest standards
Coordinate and manage bridal appointments, fittings, and alterations
Liaise closely with internal Bridal/Couture teams for order fulfilment
Respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise
Maintain detailed and accurate client records and order tracking
Handle POS transactions, including returns, exchanges, and overrides
Maintain high standards of bridal showroom presentation and visual merchandising
Ensure compliance with cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures
Ensure customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time
Act as a point of escalation for client queries in the absence of management
Attend and participate in all store meetings and training events
Ensure good communication and professionalism
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional store environment
Capture and maintain client data in CRM systems
Drive client retention and outreach initiatives
Follow company policies and procedures
Assist in monthly and annual stock audit
Complete any other tasks outlined by store management
Requirements:
Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to Bridal, Couture, or made-to-order environments
Strong clientele and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with POS and CRM systems
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods
