Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring immaculate set up of equipment on a day to day basis
  • Provide consistent level of service to customers as per Company standards
  • Liaise with the Head Chef as to food/restaurant service and all aspects involving the kitchen brigade
  • Ensure all Company standards are met regarding Health and Safety, COSHH, Security and fire regulations
  • Provide continuous training to help maintain a consistent high level of service
