Job Responsibility:

  • Help manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant floor
  • Work closely with the management team to lead service

Requirements:

  • Experience supervising or leading teams in a premium restaurant or hospitality setting

  • Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to motivate and support a team
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet in a busy environment
  • Understanding of daily operations including rotas, bookings, cash handling, and health & safety
