Job Description

Breakfast and Lunch Supervisor role at Milton Hill House, Oxfordshire, part of The Venues Collection. Responsible for overseeing daily operations within the food and beverage department, managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining records, and creating an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Requirements

  • Ensure team awareness of all venue events
  • Proactively manage duties and responsibilities of the F&B team
  • Oversee planning, organising and general work of day-to-day operation
  • Work collaboratively with all departments
  • Be aware of all relevant legislation and ensure legal requirements are met
  • Understand and immerse within day-to-day food and beverage operations
  • Continuously review Breakfast and Lunch offer, suggest and implement improvements
  • Follow and enforce health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
  • Adhere to TVC F&B SOP
  • Support department compliance in annual Profit Protection audit
  • Collaborate with wider team
  • Ensure clear communication, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Support Food and Beverage Manager to lead F&B team
