Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join the breakfast team at Pavyllon London, Chef Yannick Alléno’s culinary leadership team. We are also happy to consider experienced Commis Chefs who are ready to take the next step in their development. This position focuses on breakfast service, playing a key role in delivering a consistent, high quality morning experience for our guests. Working closely with the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team, you will support preparation, service, and standards during breakfast, while continuing to develop strong technical foundations. This is an excellent opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie, or a capable Commis Chef, to gain experience within a Michelin starred operation while benefiting from more structured morning hours.
Job Responsibility:
Support the preparation and execution of breakfast dishes in line with Pavyllon and Four Seasons standards
Assist the Chef de Partie with smooth and organised breakfast service
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
Follow all food hygiene and health and safety procedures
Contribute to preparation, mise en place, and consistency across the section
Support the training and development of junior team members
Work collaboratively within a calm, professional kitchen environment
Requirements:
Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress, preferably with breakfast experience
Background in quality driven kitchens, ideally fine dining or Michelin starred environments
A genuine interest in classical technique, breakfast cookery, and consistency
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A positive, professional, and team focused attitude
Flexibility to work early starts as part of a breakfast operation
