Job Responsibility:
Prepping your station with all necessary supplies and making sure it's always well-stocked
Chopping, dicing, and slicing ingredients in readiness for service
Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen in cooking up menu items
Adhering to executive or sous chef’s instructions
Keeping your station spotless and managing leftover food
Making sure dishes are served in a timely fashion without compromising on quality
Adhering to nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards
Engaging positively and professionally with coworkers and customers
Requirements:
Documented cooking experience
Deep knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Ability to execute assigned tasks accurately and quickly
