We are seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Job Responsibility
Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to specified recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is prepared fresh, efficiently, and in a timely manner for service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are available for daily service
Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
Assist in menu planning and suggest new breakfast options based on seasonal ingredients and current trends
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers in accordance with health regulations
Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a chef within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Knowledge of culinary techniques specific to breakfast cuisine is desirable
Experience working in a busy kitchen environment with multiple orders during peak hours
Familiarity with food safety standards, including HACCP procedures
Previous experience serving guests or working in customer-facing roles within the hospitality industry is advantageous
