We're currently recruiting an ambitious Breakfast Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Levy on a full time basis contracted to 40 hours per week, at Sedgebrook Hall - part of The Venues Collection. Sedgebrook Hall is located in the charming village of Chapel Brampton in the heart of the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside and set in 13 acres of picturesque gardens.

Job Responsibility:

Working with a wide range of breakfast products and serving fresh and tasty dishes to guests
Assisting with preparing for the lunch and evening service after breakfast service
Ensure all food is served to the required company standard
Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation
Anticipate customer needs wherever possible, and to react to these to enhance customer satisfaction
Be correctly dressed and understand the importance of high personal hygiene standards
Abide by all company and legislative food standards
Ensure that you are aware of, and uphold, all appropriate Risk Assessments

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Breakfast Cook
Can do attitude
Experience within a similar position in a hotel kitchen
Ability to work in a busy environment
Minimum of level 2 food safety hygiene
Able to work to deadlines whilst providing high quality breakfast dishes
