Breakfast Chef

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Breakfast Chef to lead our morning kitchen operation and give every guest the best possible start to their day. This is a hands-on role where organisation, pace and attention to detail are essential. From preparing and presenting a high-quality breakfast buffet to preparing delicious brunch, lunch and conference dishes, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience each morning. About the Role As Breakfast Chef, you’ll take overall responsibility for breakfast operations within the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, cleanliness and service. You’ll create a calm and organised breakfast environment while working efficiently to deliver an excellent guest experience, even during busy periods.
