Breakfast Chef

• Dining Experience: Working directly with the Head Chef, you will be part of a team of passionate individuals who put their heart and soul into every dish that they create
• Collaboration: You will collaborate with various functions within the hotel, namely the food and beverage team, where your excellent team work and joint goal of obtaining maximum customer satisfaction will create a enchanted dining experience for each and every guest
• Problem Solving: With a keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills, you'll handle guest requests, meal modifications, complaints, and challenging situations with grace and efficiency
• Kitchen Representation: Taking satisfaction in creating a clean, hygienic and compliant working environment you will actively lead by example to understand and implement all hotel procedures and standards

• Prior experience as a Breakfast Chef
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experience with an adaptable approach to any alteration requests in line with allergan requirements
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A drive to work as part of a team to exceed expectations and promote the hotels brand and services
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7
