As a Braze Specialist, you’ll empower clients to deliver personalised and data-driven customer experiences through intelligent marketing automation. You’ll develop, optimise, and scale campaigns within the Braze engagement platform, and contribute to AKQA’s reputation for delivering beautifully executed digital solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with strategists, creatives, and developers to translate marketing requirements into robust, high-quality technical solutions. You’ll drive innovation in campaign design, champion best practice use of marketing technologies, and ensure deliverables meet time, quality, and performance goals. At AKQA, you’ll work within a creative, inclusive, and technically advanced team in Sydney, surrounded by brilliant minds and supported by a hybrid in-studio/WFH model that supports balance and flexibility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement and configure marketing automation campaigns within Braze and complementary marketing platforms
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Drive innovative use of marketing technology capabilities to meet client goals
  • Ensure campaign deliverables meet time, performance, and quality standards
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to campaign execution and platform integration
  • Contribute to best practices around performance, scalability, and automation within marketing technology environments
  • Produce accurate development estimates and manage delivery expectations
  • Champion marketing technology excellence through documentation, training, and thought leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Braze is essential
  • additional exposure to Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Dynamics 365 Marketing, or MoEngage is advantageous
