Road9 Media is seeking a talented Branding & Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team. Collaborating with our digital marketing & web development teams' members & leadership for developing and executing comprehensive branding strategies for our clients.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct in-depth brand audits and competitor analysis
Develop comprehensive branding strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, brand voice, and visual identity
Collaborate with (and / or guide) the creative team to create brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
Develop brand storytelling strategies to differentiate clients from competitors and create emotional connections with their target audience
Conduct brand workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business goals and values
Develop brand messaging frameworks and key messaging points to be used across all marketing materials and communications
Monitor brand performance and track brand awareness and perception over time
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve client goals, including performance marketing strategies to drive measurable results
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing)
Track and analyze campaign performance to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign performance
Develop and optimize advertising funnels to attract, engage, and convert target audiences
Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience
Use A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates
Track and analyze funnel performance to identify areas for improvement
Lead and manage a team of content & ideas creators
Develop and implement a comprehensive content distribution strategies aligned with the created brand strategy
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience
Measure performance of applied strategies, and identify trends
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
Requirements:
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
Experience in branding and brand development
Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
