Job Description

The Communication Director defines and leads Graitec’s global communication and brand strategy to strengthen positioning, visibility, and credibility across markets. This role ensures Graitec communicates with one strong, consistent voice across all solutions, initiatives, and regions. It owns brand governance, PR strategy, corporate visibility, and communication frameworks, while working in close collaboration with the Content/Storytelling team and Product teams to translate strategy into clear, high-impact narratives and communication assets.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and lead Graitec’s global communication and brand strategy to strengthen positioning, visibility, and credibility across markets
  • Ensure Graitec communicates with one strong, consistent voice across all solutions, initiatives, and regions
  • Own brand governance, PR strategy, corporate visibility, and communication frameworks
  • Work in close collaboration with the Content/Storytelling team and Product teams to translate strategy into clear, high-impact narratives and communication assets
  • Oversee the communication strategy and brand alignment across Graitec’s main corporate visibility platforms (corporate website, LinkedIn page, YouTube channel)
  • Play a central part in positioning Graitec as a recognized leader in the AECO industry by elevating key strategic programs (Innovation, Sustainability, Industry Engagement, major corporate milestones)
  • Develop and maintain strong external partnerships to reinforce Graitec’s authority and market presence
  • Own Graitec’s corporate positioning in major global events such as Autodesk University
