As a Brand and Visual Designer at BRIGHTSCOUT, you play a key role in crafting brand identities and producing high-quality visual assets that bring projects to life across various formats. This role blends strategic thinking with creative execution, requiring the ability to develop cohesive branding solutions while also supporting diverse design needs, from web and app interfaces to motion graphics and digital experiences. Your work will encompass both brand identity development and visual asset creation. You’ll be responsible for shaping the foundational elements of a brand—logos, typography, color systems, and design guidelines—ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment. At the same time, you will create visuals that extend beyond identity work, supporting projects like web design, motion graphics, and other digital applications with thoughtfully crafted assets.
Job Responsibility:
Create brand identities and visual assets for a variety of projects, including web design, motion graphics, and digital branding, ensuring cohesion across all touchpoints
Translate concepts, strategies, and creative direction into compelling visual executions that align with project goals and brand positioning
Build complete brand identity systems, logos, typography, color palettes, and design guidelines, that ensure consistency and adaptability
Develop high-quality visuals for digital experiences (web, app, motion, marketing) while maintaining alignment with brand standards
Apply typography, grid systems, layout composition, and visual hierarchy effectively to create engaging, well-structured designs
Adapt to multiple visual styles while delivering work with precision and attention to detail
Work independently to manage your own workflow, execute assigned tasks, and maintain high-quality output without requiring close supervision
Collaborate closely with PMs, Design Leads, and other team members, effectively integrating feedback to improve deliverables
Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices, refining techniques to continuously improve creative outcomes
Participate in design critiques, offering and receiving feedback to help maintain and elevate design standards
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in brand and visual design within a digital or branding agency
A strong visual aesthetic and design sensibility, demonstrating the ability to create high-quality, well-crafted, and strategically aligned brand solutions
A robust portfolio showcasing a wide range of branding solutions and visual styles, including identity systems, digital design, and versatile visual approaches
Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong command of typography, composition, and layout design
Ability to adapt to different visual styles and approaches, ensuring flexibility across various projects and brand needs
Ownership and accountability in project execution, taking full responsibility for design tasks and ensuring quality at every stage
Great communication skills, with the ability to present concepts, lead discussions, and collaborate effectively with internal teams
A collaborative and innovative mindset, eager to contribute to a team that values creativity, quality, and strategic design thinking
