Job Description

As a Brand Video Specialist, you lead the creation, shooting, and editing of video content that supports Welcome to the Jungle’s brand strategy across content, social media, growth, customer projects, and internal communications. You oversee all video shoots and post-production to deliver engaging videos that reflect the brand’s vision.

Job Responsibility

  • Shoot and edit a wide range of video formats including interviews, brand films, live events, documentaries, and internal content
  • Deliver polished, engaging videos tailored for different platforms and audiences
  • Collaborate in shoot planning by assessing feasibility and suggesting creative and technical approaches
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and ensure video content supports the brand’s identity
  • Align video projects with marketing and communication teams to maximize impact
  • Help improve video workflows and explore new formats and techniques
  • Manage the internal video equipment, including inventory, maintenance, and availability
  • Set up technical equipment to ensure smooth and efficient shoots
  • Contribute ideas to evolve the brand’s video strategy with fresh formats, storytelling methods, and production techniques
  • Occasionally coordinate external freelancers to support video production while ensuring quality and brand consistency

Requirements

  • You have +3 years of experience in video shooting and editing, with solid skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic knowledge of After Effects
  • You’re comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and you have collaborated in freelance or agency environments
  • You enjoy filming on location as much as editing in post-production, and you’re adaptable to a variety of formats (testimonials, internal communication, client showcases, etc.)
  • You are organized, reliable, and able to deliver high-quality videos on tight deadlines
  • You are curious, open-minded, and eager to share creative ideas while staying pragmatic and aligned with brand objectives
