Job Responsibility:

  • Client Strategy Development: Create strategic plans for clients, focusing on infrastructure, applications, and automation solutions
  • IBM Automation Solution Design: Define practical IBM Automation and Cloud solutions that enhance existing technology stacks. With emphasis on key technologies, like, HashiCorp Terraform, HashiCorp Vault and RedHat solutions
  • Proof of Value Delivery: Provide proof of concepts and simplifying technical concepts to ensure client comprehension
  • Building Credibility and Trust: Establish credibility and trust with clients, which is essential for closing complex technology deals
  • Opportunity Progression: Augment and assist sales teams with strategic opportunities, from discovery through to closure. Provide consultative advice Identity related solutions
  • Technical Advocacy: Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers. Understand and articulate business value and ROI for Identity solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives

Requirements:

  • Negotiation level of Japanese speaking/writing skills (your Japanese CV is MUST for your application)
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing HashiCorp solutions
  • Experience with IAM tools and systems, such as Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping or IBM Identity Solutions
  • Experience with RedHat Ansible
  • Excellent communication and project administration skills
  • Strong analytical skills

Nice to have:

Automation Market Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in the Automation market and establishing trust as a valued advisor for clients (training on IBM's Automation offerings will be provided)

  • Perform rigorous 3-way matching (Invoice-PO-GRN) to ensure billing accuracy
  • Ensure appropriate application of Taxes/VAT/GST on all international invoices
  • Audit and process employee time and expense reports, ensuring timely reimbursement and accurate cost-center allocation
  • Book and allocate intercompany invoices, perform monthly reconciliations, and manage netting and accruals from the buyer’s perspective
  • Generate AP-related reports for management review and perform open balance analysis
  • Drive month-end closing activities, including the booking and reversal of accruals for project and non-project activities
  • Manage supplier payment runs (BACS, WIRE, Foreign, and EFT) in accordance with the global payment calendar
  • Liaise with the Procurement and Operations teams to resolve GRN discrepancies and supplier billing inquiries
  • Perform regular vendor statement reconciliations to ensure ledger integrity
