Job Responsibility:

  • Promote and sell Data&AI products (Planning Analytics, watsonx, CPLEX) and related solutions in selected territory
  • Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, and referrals
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Data&AI solutions
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customers, and contracts
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Business-Tech Alignment: Experience aligning business goals with tech solutions
  • Stakeholder Consensus Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for achieving consensus among stakeholders
  • Data&AI Market Expertise: Data&AI market knowledge to be a trusted client advisor (training on IBM's Data&AI offerings is provided)
  • Candidates with Finance/Accounting related knowledge or skills will be considered with priority
  • Familiar with local Data&AI partner
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in Data&AI
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel or meet clients if required
