TinyWins is seeking a Brand Strategy Lead to help create foundational strategies for new and evolving brands. This includes startups that need help articulating their story and entering the market, to household names seeking a refresh and repositioning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Think: Synthesize complex information and uncover hidden meanings to develop foundational brand strategies
  • Write: Craft compelling strategic narratives, manifestos, etc.
  • Name: Contribute to naming workshops and ideation sessions
  • Workshop: Participate in engaging workshops with multiple client stakeholders and hold internal brainstorms
  • Speak: Be comfortable selling and presenting work with charm and enthusiasm
  • Collaborate: Own your workstreams and become the go-to expert for the brands you execute on
  • Improve: Bring your background, expertise, and outside thinking to shape processes and outputs

  • Experience in crafting foundational brand strategies
