Job Responsibility
Lead Executive Alignment, Brand, & Go-to-Market Strategy
Partner directly with client executive and C-suite leadership to co-create and define the brand's long-term vision, core business objectives, and strategic goals
Establish the overarching frameworks that guide internal delivery teams and clients in mapping out execution roadmaps and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and measures of success
Develop brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that clarify how brands show up in the market
Guide clients and project teams in the use of AI tools and services
Translate business goals, audience insight, and competitive context into a clear go-to-market strategy
Help clients articulate who they are, why they matter, and what makes them distinctive
Shape Creative Strategy & Pitches
Lead strategy for new business and organic growth pitches, from early framing through final narrative
Write and steward strong creative briefs that inspire bold, focused ideas
Partner closely with creative leadership to shape platforms, campaigns, and brand stories
Present strategic thinking clearly and confidently to senior clients and internal stakeholders
Turn Intelligence into Insight
Synthesize research, data, cultural signals, and market dynamics into meaningful insights

Requirements
8–10 years of experience in brand or creative strategy, ideally within an agency environment
Demonstrated experience leading integrated brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy in luxury, retail or CPG – specifically with large multi-national clients
Strong track record shaping creative strategy across a mix of experiences—campaigns, websites, platforms, and content ecosystems
A systems-oriented mindset: comfortable thinking across journeys, channels, and touchpoints
Interest in how emerging technologies (especially AI) are shaping brand experiences, personalization, and creative execution
Familiarity with AI at the experience layer (e.g., personalization, content systems, conversational interfaces, dynamic journeys)
Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
Comfort working in ambiguity while driving toward clear direction and outcomes
A collaborative mindset and passion for making the work—and the team—better
Advanced French communication skills
