We are seeking a Brand Specialist to own brand strategy and client leadership end-to-end for assigned accounts. This role blends strategy, creative direction, and client ownership, while execution is handled by delivery teams. The role is intentionally high-ownership and requires comfort with ambiguity.
Job Responsibility:
Own positioning, differentiation, audience definition, and messaging hierarchy
Create and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging house
Translate business goals into campaign themes, hooks, and content direction
Lead discovery workshops and align stakeholders
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
Define creative quality benchmarks
Review outputs and provide decisive feedback
Ensure alignment with strategy and brand fundamentals
Maintain reference libraries and best practices
Lead weekly client calls and manage daily communication
Own approvals and feedback cycles
Handle escalations and manage expectations
Lead monthly and quarterly planning
Create clear briefs for delivery teams
Align timelines with PMs
Maintain documentation and act as single source of truth
Monitor scope and manage change requests
Track outcomes and recommend pivots
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Join sales calls as strategy lead
Create strategy notes for prospects
Support proposals with strategic narrative
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or consulting
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
