As Brand Specialist you will deliver exceptional service, motivate colleagues, follow safety procedures, adapt to challenges, build client relationships, and maintain retail standards.

Requirements:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers by sharing product knowledge, creating memorable experiences, and effectively managing complaints
  • Excite and motivate other colleagues by sharing brand knowledge, communicating stories of newness and product exclusives to drive sales
  • Understand and follow health and safety and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss
  • Adapt to daily challenges and work flexibly across different departments
