Job Responsibility:
Helping clients with their sales and technical issues connected to their Threat Mgt Portfolio solutions and entitlements
Maintaining client relationships
Acting as a source of guidance to the customer's and business partner's product needs
Supporting our Threat Mgt Portfolio customers and business Partners from a sales and technical point of view throughout EMEA
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Five or more years’ experience in customer technical support including working with clients and providing security solutions insight
Good Technical understanding to support issues on all the following solutions: QRadar SOAR + Add-on + App Store, QRadar SIEM + Add-on + App Store ( DSM , APIs , UBA), QRadar Suites + UAX, Qradar Appliances ( xx05,29,48, 1900), Qradar EDR, Hosting and Connectors
Prior experience communicating with customers and business partners in an effective and clear manner
Understanding and prioritizing technical requests as they come in
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Solid organizational skills, especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on detail
Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently and within a group environment
Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements
