2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Brand Representative, representing our client, Dell. The Brand Representative will primarily be responsible for building relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores, on behalf of Dell. The ideal candidate is a “people-person” who can cultivate relationships and build excitement about the Dell brand and products. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create thoughtful and positive interactions with both store associates and prospective customers alike. The Brand Representative will leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products throughout the specified market.
Job Responsibility:
Build relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores
Cultivate relationships and build excitement about the Dell brand and products
Leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products
Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis
Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside of stores
Educate retail associates on latest Dell offerings
Ensure Dell’s retail brand standards are maintained
Travel within assigned territory to physically visit various retailers
Enhance the Dell brand experience for shoppers
Demonstrate and promote Dell products
Be the in-store resource to answer questions
Conduct experience events to engage Retail Sales Associates and customers
Confirm display devices are clean, functional, and available
Conduct survey of in-store branded fixtures and displays
Execute resets, including placement or removal of devices and marketing material
Provide insight into marketplace trends
Collect consumer insights weekly
Gather intelligence from stores which are exceeding sales performance
Provide data on competitor pricing, incentives, promotions, and customer preference
Drive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities
Develop partnership with retail store management
Schedule and facilitate sales and product training
Ensure current products are displayed, functional, and clean
Set Retail Display Resets and Refreshes
Drive sales productivity through high quality sales interactions with customers
Build and maintain industry vertical affiliate distribution relationships
Effectively assess and communicate on-site needs
Educate customers while making product recommendations
Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals
Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities
Collect customer feedback and provide sales/marketing channel insight
Set and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred
6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation
Strong multi-tasking skills, time management and attention to detail
Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment
Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other Markets
Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
