Client site visits — Visit client locations to assess standards and support on‑site teams through coaching, training, and practical guidance to enhance performance and ensure an excellent guest experience
Feedback delivery — Provide straightforward, actionable feedback to site managers after each visit, highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and required follow‑up actions
Shadow visits — Conduct shadow visits with advisors across Poland and Eastern Europe to support their development, reinforce consistency, and strengthen their skills
Report review — Evaluate submitted reports and offer feedback remotely to maintain audit quality and ensure alignment across all assessments
Cross‑functional collaboration — Partner closely with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to resolve client challenges and uphold strong service delivery
Weekly visit targets — Complete the required number of visits each week while sustaining high service standards for all clients
CRM and digital tools — Use CRM platforms and a tablet to plan visits, manage schedules, and finalize reports efficiently
Business growth support — Contribute to business growth by building strong client relationships and helping enhance their operational performance.
Requirements
High school diploma and 2+ years of hospitality industry-related experience
Willingness to complete operational visits within hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, the education sector, healthcare, and senior living facilities by interacting with staff and residents
Proficiency with MS Office package and CRM
Fluency in English and Polish
A valid driving license B cat.
