Job Description

We’re looking for a Brand & Project Coordinator to support the delivery of brand campaigns, projects and initiatives across the business. This hands-on role focuses on coordination, execution and administration, ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered on time, to a high standard and with strong internal communication. You’ll be reporting into the Brand Manager, helping to manage multiple wellness brands, assist with social media, coordinate events and conferences and contribute to international expansion initiatives, including travel to Australia.

Job Responsibility

  • Report into the Brand Manager and support day-to-day brand projects and campaigns
  • Coordinate brand campaigns, promotions and product launches across internal teams
  • Manage timelines, deliverables and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered on schedule
  • Maintain brand assets, calendars and project documentation
  • Prepare performance reports and campaign summaries
  • Support social media content planning and execution
  • Assist with brand expansion initiatives and international projects
  • Plan and support events, conferences, and practitioner activations
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency
  • Communicate clearly across teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in brand, marketing, or project coordination
  • Hands-on, organised and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously
  • Experience with social media, events, or campaigns in FMCG, wellness, or related industries
  • Comfortable traveling to Australia for events and brand initiatives
  • Excellent communicator with high attention to detail
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative
  • Based in Hawkes Bay
