  • Build and execute the end-to-end launch engine—managing the entire lifecycle from audience building and teasers to post-launch growth
  • Lead multi-channel marketing activations across digital, PR, community, and partnerships to drive measurable demand and brand awareness
  • Set the themes and cadence for all content (short-form video, SEO, email, landing pages) and oversee the creation of high-performing assets
  • Own the core marketing funnel and improve conversion rates by optimizing messaging, offers, and landing page performance
  • Identify and execute strategies for customer retention, including onboarding flows, loyalty programs, and replenishment sequences
  • Build a repeatable "marketing operating system," including planning rhythms, reporting frameworks, and creative briefs to support rapid scaling
  • Define and track success through clear dashboards, translating brand activity into tangible revenue impact and actionable growth insights
  • Manage freelancers and external agencies while helping to shape the future in-house marketing team as the company expands

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in launching products and crafting high-conversion positioning strategies from the ground up
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities, paired with the creative judgment to brief designers and maintain brand integrity
  • A proactive, "get-it-done" mindset, comfortable navigating and building within early-stage or startup environments
  • A results-oriented approach with the ability to measure key metrics, derive insights, and iterate strategies quickly
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Willing for travelling
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in brand building and product marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and external vendors
