Replit is seeking a Brand Producer to drive the execution of our most important creative initiatives. You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end — from campaigns and product launches to events and content — ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of craft. Working closely with writers, designers, marketers, product teams, and external partners, you will orchestrate the process that brings ambitious ideas to life. This is a role for a producer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and operations.
Job Responsibility:
Lead production for high-profile product launches, campaigns, events, and cultural activations
Own project management across multiple initiatives — timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
Partner closely with writers, designers, marketers, and agencies to ensure integrated execution across all touchpoints
Source and manage external vendors, studios, and production partners
Anticipate risks, resolve conflicts, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the process
Advocate for quality and craft while balancing scope, schedule, and budget
Evolve production workflows and tools that scale with the growing needs of the company
Requirements:
8+ years of experience producing brand work in a leading agency, production company, or in-house creative team
Proven track record delivering high-visibility campaigns, product launches, content, and/or events from kickoff through final delivery
Strong command of project management fundamentals: scopes, schedules, budgets, resourcing, and risk management across concurrent workstreams
Experience managing external partners end-to-end (agencies, directors, photographers, editors, studios, fabricators, etc.), including bidding, SOWs, and day-to-day execution
Ability to lead cross-functional teams with clarity and calm — aligning creative, marketing, product, legal, finance, and comms toward a shared plan
High craft bar and operational rigor: detail-oriented, quality-obsessed, and able to protect the work while navigating constraints
Fluency across modern production workflows and tools with comfort building process where needed
Excellent written and verbal communication, including clear status updates, decision logs, and stakeholder-ready reporting
Nice to have:
Experience with large-scale campaigns, integrated brand systems, or global launches
A network of trusted production partners and vendors across disciplines
Familiarity with digital, motion, experiential, and content production
Strong presentation and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external partners
Interest in AI, creativity, and shaping the cultural narrative around new technologies
