We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Partnerships Manager to join our marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in amplifying our brand presence within the racing and betting industry. As the driving force behind our partnership’s strategy, you’ll bring brand stories to life through innovative collaborations, media relationships, and high-impact sponsorships.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of strategic partnerships
Manage key relationships across media owners, racecourses, and industry bodies
Lead end-to-end execution of partnership campaigns and sponsored events
Negotiate agreements, manage budgets, and deliver engaging activations
Collaborate with internal teams to develop brand campaigns and ensure consistent messaging
Bring brand to life through partnerships, PR opportunities, and consumer success stories
Ensure all activity remains compliant with industry regulations and advertising standards
Analyse partnership effectiveness using key metrics
Regular reporting on impact and value
Requirements:
Degree in marketing or a related field
Proven experience managing partnerships, preferably within sports, betting, or gaming environments
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Natural storyteller
Strong analytical skills
Experience in consumer PR and generating media coverage
Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
