On the Waymo Marketing team, you will help to connect people with the magic and impact of Waymo's autonomous driving technology. Our team has the unique opportunity to not only grow Waymo's brand from the ground up, but to also build societal acceptance for autonomous driving technology for the first time in history. We build thoughtful marketing strategy, positioning, messaging and creative assets to deliver messages that matter to our audience, communicated through anything from video content, to social media interactions, to immersive physical experiences. We also shape Waymo's go-to-market initiatives, helping to transform Waymo into a thriving business with a growing user base.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate: Support Partner Marketing Managers in bringing new and refreshed partnerships to life across sports, travel, hospitality, universities, and entertainment venues through compelling announcements, customer communications, programs, branding, and events
Create: Manage the day to day development, production, and delivery of multi-channel partner marketing plans, working closely with Partner Marketing Managers and our Creative Studio to ensure the work is relevant and stands out as best-in-class among the partners’ portfolio
Strategy: Support the development of aligned KPIs, audiences, and creative strategy based on shared passion points between partner brands and Waymo
Project Management: Serve as a primary operational contact for partners, managing execution and troubleshooting process issues
Measurement: Manage partner activation calendars, metrics, and reporting to ensure efficient investment and strong ROI
Requirements:
5+ years of B2C marketing at a consumer brand, tech company, sports, entertainment, and/or media agency
Experience developing and executing joint GTM and co-marketing efforts with partners
Proven track record of owning marketing programs end-to-end and delivering measurable business results from goals through execution, optimization, and reporting
A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building marketing solutions that build brand connection, strengthen operations, and drive customer loyalty
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience representing a brand/company to external stakeholders
Willingness to travel nationally to build partner relationships and manage execution
Nice to have:
Experience working at or directly with sports, hospitality, travel, education, and/or large scale venue partners
Familiarity and experience with autonomous vehicle, automotive, or high-growth tech brands
Experience collaborating with product, operations, and technical teams, ensuring marketing initiatives are grounded in the technology and product capabilities
