As part of the ongoing evolution of the Brand function, we are recruiting a Brand Operations Expert to strengthen our strategic and operational capabilities. The role will play a key part in structuring our processes, supporting digitalisation initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination between HQ teams and markets. This position is central to enhancing operational excellence within Brand and driving alignment across internal stakeholders. The Brand Operations Expert reports to the Brand Operations Manager and works closely with cross‑functional teams including Brand, Retail, Markets, and IT.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the coordination of brand operational processes to ensure efficient end‑to‑end execution of marketing and brand initiatives
  • Streamlining workflows and optimise process governance across HQ and markets
  • Implementing and maintaining tools and platforms supporting Brand Operations, with a strong focus on Workfront
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Brand, Retail, Product, Merchandising, IT) to ensure alignment and fluid communication
  • Supporting the digitalisation of Brand processes in partnership with IT and business teams
  • Facilitating consistent communication with markets to ensure clarity, alignment, and issue resolution
  • Monitoring performance dashboards and operational KPIs to provide insights and support decision-making
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational excellence within the Brand organisation

Requirements:

  • 7–8 years of experience in Brand Operations, Marketing Project Management, Process Excellence, or similar roles
  • Expertise in workflow and marketing project management tools, ideally including Workfront
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence internal stakeholders across departments
  • Comfort collaborating with both business and IT teams in a cross‑functional environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data and performance tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Background in Business, Marketing, or IT (Bachelor’s degree minimum)
  • Fluent in English
  • additional languages are a plus
  • Organised, structured, and solutions‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
