Brand Marketing Specialist

• Coordinate and execute local in-person events
• Support webinars (logistics, promotion, and speaker assistance)
• Prepare agency briefs and follow up on creative deliverables
• Review sales pipeline performance and coordinate with the sales team
• Learn and support CRM management (lead registration, tracking, segmentation)
• Build and send email marketing campaigns
• Supervise local paid media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google)
• Provide general support to the regional marketing team

• 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, events, or digital marketing
• Bilingual: Fluency in Portuguese and English is a must
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
