Job Responsibility

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive 360 brand marketing strategies, including influencer marketing campaigns, that align with overall company goals and resonate with target audiences across all touchpoint.
  • Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee the creation and execution of compelling influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, contests, giveaways, and sponsored posts. Coordinate logistics and timelines, and ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Influencer Identification & Relationship Building: Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders who align with the brand's values and target audience. This includes personalized outreach, negotiation of contracts and compensation, and ongoing communication and support.
  • Content Creation & Review: Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging, authentic content that showcases the brand. Review and approve influencer-generated content for accuracy, brand guidelines, and compliance (e.g., FTC regulations).
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns. Track and analyze campaign metrics (reach and CPR) and provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer sentiment tracking. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in algorithms, emerging influencer platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams (PMM, social media, creative, PR, content, product, and etc) to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for influencer marketing projects, optimizing spending for maximum impact and ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience (typically 4+ years) in brand marketing management, influencer marketing, social media management, or digital campaign management. A proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and exceptional relationship-building skills to effectively engage with influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), and best practices. Strong understanding of social media platform functionalities and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics). Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative and compelling influencer marketing campaigns and content ideas. A good eye for aesthetics and brand alignment in content.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities to multitask, prioritize, and oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving social media landscapes and industry changes.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing regulations and guidelines (e.g., FTC disclosure requirements) and familiarity with legal and ethical considerations in influencer partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • familiarity with social media management tools, influencer marketing platforms, content management systems, and basic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
