About the role: Do you have experience delivering high-impact, creative marketing campaigns and a passion for Disney content? If so, the Brand Marketing Specialist position within the Studio and Integrated Marketing team at The Walt Disney Company could be a great fit. You’ll join a fast-paced team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager. You will contribute to launches for Disney Animation, Disney Live Action, and selected 20th Century Studios films across cinema and Disney+, while also supporting franchise brands for Disney Princess & Frozen, Mickey & Friends, and Preschool. You will utilize your creative marketing skills to deliver stand-out marketing campaigns and will help with the driving collaboration across all lines of business, working closely with internal teams, marketing agencies, and EMEA partners to deliver and optimise campaigns. This is an office-based position requiring four days per week in the Milan office, with the option to work from home one day per week (Monday or Friday). This position will be a fixed-term parental leave cover.
Job Responsibility:
Supervising the localization and creation of marketing assets for Disney Animation, Disney Live Action, selected 20th Century Studios and Disney+ releases, and key franchises including Disney Princess & Frozen, Mickey & Friends, and Preschool, working with creative agencies or in-house teams under the responsibility of the Senior Brand Manager
Ensuring that all Studio content information (title, date, synopsis, iconography, trailers, etc.) is available internally and externally
Participating in internal and external brainstorming sessions with teams developing local marketing plans and activations
Participating in developing studio premiers and integrated marketing events on-site at the event location
Producing various content-specific documents, including creative decks, reports, and post plan analysis
Coordinating with the Regional and Global Disney Music Group to define launch dates, guidelines, and budgets for sustained music activity for our music business products, planning campaigns for owned media, together with the internal marketing channel experts, managing approvals for all promotional and communication materials
Coordinating with Global Live Event Team to define launch dates and guidelines for Live event business products, managing approvals for all promotional and communication materials and planning support campaigns on owned media, together with the internal marketing channel experts
Requirements:
Solid work experience in a marketing role within the entertainment industry, ideally within an international organization
Strong level of written and spoken English and Italian
Proficiency using the MS Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
Proactive and collaborative communication style, with the ability to adapt to various internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interest in studio content, cinema and entertainment
