Job Description:
We're recruiting for a brand marketing manager within the food and beverage sector with relevant industry experience required. You will be responsible for brand marketing and campaign management working alongside a small but growing team. We're looking for someone with experience in D2C Food / Beverage. This is suitable for someone used to scale-up / growth businesses. You will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product / brand growth. You should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. Innovation is a big part of the role alongside NPD. This will be suitable for someone with a real creative flare!
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
Analyse and report on brand performance to determine ROI
Monitor market and consumer trends
Develop pricing and distribution strategies
Work alongside the wider teams to ensure all content and campaigns are aligned
You will directly manage 2 x junior team members and agencies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
3+ years' brand management or marketing experience within D2C food brands / businesses or small retail / hospitality and / or restaurants
Flexibility working in the offices outside of Central London with a 3 x office day hybrid model
