Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to lead creative strategies and ensure operational excellence across marketing and business development initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly manage proposal preparation, presentation materials, and graphic design while collaborating to execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee internal business development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of templates, resumes, project pages, images, and firm materials for efficient proposal creation
  • Coordinate contributions from design staff to meet deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and expand clientele
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including social media content, newsletters, brochures, and website updates
  • Plan and execute award submissions, ensuring all materials meet industry standards
  • Manage project photography, from scheduling shoots to selecting final images for promotional use

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong skills in graphic design, particularly layout and visual presentation
  • Proven experience in creating well-crafted proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for client interactions and internal collaborations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
