We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to lead creative strategies and ensure operational excellence across marketing and business development initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly manage proposal preparation, presentation materials, and graphic design while collaborating to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and oversee internal business development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of templates, resumes, project pages, images, and firm materials for efficient proposal creation
Coordinate contributions from design staff to meet deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and expand clientele
Design and produce marketing collateral, including social media content, newsletters, brochures, and website updates
Plan and execute award submissions, ensuring all materials meet industry standards
Manage project photography, from scheduling shoots to selecting final images for promotional use
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong skills in graphic design, particularly layout and visual presentation
Proven experience in creating well-crafted proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for client interactions and internal collaborations
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
