Job Responsibility:
Build consumer understanding to support long‑term brand strategy and annual planning
Lead brand responsibilities for UFS, Hellmann’s & Knorr, along with selected marketing projects
Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, and global teams on brand development and execution across CZ & SK
Co‑create Brand Marketing Plans and develop annual marketing & communication plans, including launches, PR, digital strategy, and activations
Participate on preparation of communication strategies and oversee end‑to‑end execution of digital and offline campaigns
Manage creative and media briefs
coordinate with creative and media agencies
Oversee and manage CZSK websites content & SEO and support Baltics
run Direct Marketing and the Loyalty Program
develop SOME strategy and content calendar with the digital agency
Monitor spendings of BMI budget, reporting, and performance
lead local and global B2B marketing projects
Requirements:
Min. of 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Digital & Offline Marketing
Previous experience in managing innovation projects, executing media plans, adapting communication, executing packaging designs
Ability to handle complex agenda, with multiple tasks
Growth mindset and customer/consumer focus
Proactive approach, team player
Ability to read and work with data
Great skills in briefing creative/research/media agencies
skilled in judging creative assets
Czech/Slovak - native, English - fluent
Nice to have:
Experience in FMCG area
