Job Description

Ready to build a premium brand that doesn't want to be everywhere? This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, purpose-led coffee business and take full ownership of how the brand shows up across B2B, out-of-home, and retail touchpoints. We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to shape and elevate a premium brand that's intentionally selective, design-led, and building serious momentum across the UK. With a focus on B2B / OOH, you'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, increasing footfall across cafés, and ensuring every interaction with the brand feels consistent, elevated, and unmistakably premium.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and lead the brand strategy, ensuring clear positioning in a competitive premium space
  • Own and evolve the brand tone of voice across all channels
  • Drive brand awareness and footfall into physical café locations
  • Lead B2B and out-of-home marketing initiatives to grow presence in the right places (not everywhere)
  • Oversee all brand touchpoints including campaigns, partnerships, packaging, and communications
  • Ensure every output reflects the brand's premium, curated identity
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life
  • Identify and execute high-impact partnerships aligned with the brand's positioning
  • Use insight and performance data to refine and optimise brand activity

Requirements

  • Experience in brand marketing within FMCG, food & drink, or hospitality
  • Strong understanding of B2B / OOH channels
  • Proven ability to build and execute brand strategy
  • A sharp eye for premium branding, design, and tone of voice
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand and growth
  • Confident managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Someone who gets that being selective is part of the strategy
