We’re partnering with a leading investment management company to find a talented Brand Marketing Lead to support their dynamic team. This hybrid role, based primarily in LA, offers an exciting opportunity to oversee brand strategy within a complex and global environment. The position involves collaborating across multiple departments, ensuring brand consistency and integrity, and managing brand assets and governance. The assignment duration is 6-12 months, with on-site work Monday through Thursday in LA and remote on Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and uphold the organization’s brand system, including visual identity, messaging, and tone, to ensure proper and consistent application across all channels
Enforce brand governance across digital platforms and websites, working with web, UX, and digital teams to maintain compliance within design and content standards
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and self-serve tools to promote brand consistency and ease of use
Lead end-to-end brand projects, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and approvals across different teams
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and communications units to support cohesive branding in campaigns, content, and digital experiences worldwide
Requirements:
6–8+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within financial services or regulated enterprises
Extensive knowledge of brand governance, systems, templates, and operational procedures focused on technical brand management
Familiarity with digital platforms, web design systems, and scalable digital content deployment
Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple workflows and prioritizing tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for consistency, accuracy, and quality control
