Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing health-conscious CPG brand in the snack space, is seeking a Brand Marketing Director to join their expanding team. This role will be responsible for leading integrated marketing efforts that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and revenue growth across both eCommerce and retail channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative marketing leader with a proven track record of building disruptive consumer brands and executing high-impact, data-driven campaigns. This is a full-time role based in Jericho, New York with in-office requirements Monday – Thursday. Salary range $140-160k + 20% bonus.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, 360° marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, trial, and loyalty
  • Own key marketing channels including social media (paid and organic), influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, experiential, and eCommerce marketing
  • Develop and execute breakthrough campaigns across digital and physical channels that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results
  • Manage and activate strategic brand partnerships (e.g., sports, media, influencers), maximizing reach and impact across channels
  • Oversee content and marketing calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of creative assets and campaigns
  • Maintain and evolve the brand voice and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, eCommerce, operations, and commercialization teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Collaborate with eCommerce teams to develop conversion-focused creative and optimize retention strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to inform strategy and optimize results
  • Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels to expand brand reach and relevance
  • Manage marketing budgets, track spend, and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Prepare and present marketing updates, recaps, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, while also managing external agencies and vendors

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within CPG, including experience in high-growth or startup environments
  • Proven track record of building and scaling consumer brands through integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong experience across social media, influencer marketing, and digital marketing channels
  • Experience managing and analyzing marketing performance across both eCommerce and retail channels
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct reports and cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Bachelor's degree required

Nice to have

  • Experience working with agencies across creative, media, PR, and influencer marketing
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar eCommerce/CRM platforms
  • Experience in the better-for-you, wellness, or food/snack categories
  • Strong cultural awareness with a pulse on trends, pop culture, and consumer behavior
  • Copywriting or creative background is a plus
