As a key member of our crew, you’ll be a brand guardian—keeping us aligned with Marella’s true north while navigating towards new horizons of success. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, and partner agencies, you’ll help deliver campaigns that are consistent, distinctive, and full of value—our guiding stars.
Job Responsibility:
Be a brand guardian keeping the brand aligned with its true north
Help deliver campaigns that are consistent, distinctive, and full of value across all acquisition channels
Create and maintain brand assets, guidelines, templates, and toolkits
Monitor performance through post-campaign analysis and reports, sharing insights with senior stakeholders
Provide subject matter expertise for acquisition channels, handling briefings and approvals
Collaborate with agency partners to support the rollout and development of campaigns
Requirements:
Proven experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns and reviewing performance post-campaign
Excellent attention to detail matched with creative flair and an eye for design
Ability to remain organised, responsive and focused during busy periods
Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing needs and priorities
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Ability to thrive as a team player and build strong relationships across teams and divisions
Nice to have:
Cruise industry experience
Understanding of the unique cruise market, customer expectations, and competitive landscape
