We are recruiting a Brand & Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and support our award-winning hospitality brands, including our flagship concept, The Botanist. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning marketing team and gain hands-on experience across brand management, marketing campaigns, content coordination and campaign delivery within one of the UK's leading hospitality businesses.

Job Responsibility

  • Brief and coordinate artwork with creative agencies
  • proof and quality-check menus, POS and campaign assets
  • support photoshoots, campaign launches, content creation and brand activations
  • source merchandise, promotional items and event materials
  • manage image, video, content and marketing asset libraries
  • maintain menu trackers, proofing documents and brand resources
  • support competitor analysis across food, drink, pricing, promotions and marketing activity
  • work alongside Brand, Food and Drinks teams to support new ideas, launches and innovation projects

Requirements

  • Experience as a Marketing Assistant, Brand Assistant, Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • ability to coordinate campaigns, maintain brand standards, support content and asset management
  • detail-oriented
  • thrives in multiple projects
  • fixed-term contract for up to 6 months
