Job Description:

As NCBs Brand Manager at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for hydration & energy categories within the PepsiCo portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, increase market share, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives. Your role will involve market analysis, brand positioning, product development, and marketing campaign management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensures that brand plans are executed on time and flawlessly on time in full by defining WHO, WHAT, WHEN
  • Partners with research and insights team to understand evolving category situation/ brand performance
  • Ensuring Marketing procurement as per financial process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align brand strategy with overall business objectives
  • Leads Hydration & Energy category acceleration strategy development & execution
  • Ensures that all brand activities are aligned with the Brand Essence, Strategy and Vision
  • Ensures proper alignment process across all key activities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and equity
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies, media partners, and other vendors to create impactful campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Identify new product opportunities and develop innovative concepts to meet consumers emerging needs
  • Lead with commercialization team & cross functional teams to bring new products to market
  • Conduct product testing and gather consumer feedback to refine product offerings
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and supply chain, to ensure successful brand execution & business results delivery
  • Collaborate with DX team to develop trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities
  • Develop and manage brand marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
  • Monitor and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in brand management role in FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market research techniques
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing plans
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
