Job Description

We're looking for a Brand Marketer to build and scale Alan's brand presence in Belgium. You'll be responsible for driving growth through our brand, and establishing Alan as the leading health insurance brand. Belgium is a highly strategic market for Alan. This role will shape how we show up locally, bringing global brand excellence to life while creating campaigns that resonate authentically. You'll have significant autonomy to build our brand presence, with a clear mandate and a budget to make an impact.

  • Adapt messaging for Dutch and French audiences, incorporating Belgian cultural moments, and ensuring proper market timing

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in brand marketing, communications, or related roles
  • Full English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Native-level Dutch (bilingual Dutch/French is a strong plus)
  • Scrappy and resourceful: Proven track record creating and executing successful brand campaigns with limited budgets and resources
  • Creative problem-solver: Ability to achieve big impact through frugal, innovative approaches rather than heavy spending
  • Data-driven: Strong analytical skills with ability to measure campaign impact and ROI
  • Budget-conscious: Experience efficiently managing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI through creative, scrappy solutions
  • Experience with press relations and media coordination in a B2B market
