TITOL™ is seeking a highly culture-forward Brand Manager to oversee and drive strategic initiatives for a roster of artists and brands. This role is the central leader responsible for directing cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution across all projects like global album rollouts with complex D2C merchandise programs and worldwide tours. The ideal candidate is a master multitasker with distinct communication skills, a deep understanding of the music business, and a strong sense of fashion, culture, and brand identity. They thrive in fast-paced environments, can anticipate needs before they arise, and excel at managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. In-office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast-paced and detail-driven environment, with a focus on problem-solving, managing multiple parallel projects, and re-prioritizing tasks as necessary.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary lead for all assigned artists and brands, managing end-to-end execution of projects such as album rollouts, D2C initiatives, campaigns, collaborations, tours and much more
Act as the central communicator between artist teams, managers, agents, labels, and external partners, as well as all internal cross-functional teams
Translate artist and/or partner goals into actionable internal plans, ensuring seamless execution across design, production, marketing, e-commerce, operations and finance
Monitor project progress continuously, proactively identify risks, and steer teams toward meeting both internal goals and external expectations
Proactively network and nurture industry relationships to support project goals and future opportunities
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with artist teams and partners
Communicate high-level updates, insights, and strategic direction clearly and effectively to stakeholders, leadership, and executives both internal and external
Manage expectations across multiple teams with professionalism, clarity, and diplomacy
Maintain exceptionally high respect for sensitive and confidential information
Represent the company and our partners with integrity and discretion at all times
Guide creative and brand direction with a strong understanding of fashion, culture, and current trends
Collaborate closely with design and creative teams to ensure merchandise and brand initiatives reflect the artist’s identity and resonate with the target audience
Understand the role of merchandise in supporting charting and sales goals for recording artists and incorporate that knowledge into project planning
Work closely with design, production, operations, marketing, e-commerce, and finance teams to ensure all deliverables are aligned with the artist’s vision and campaign goals
Ask informed, strategic questions to guide teams, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain momentum
Requirements:
3–6+ years of experience in brand management, project management, artist relations, marketing, or a related field, preferably within music, entertainment, fashion, or lifestyle
Strong understanding of the music business, including touring, album cycles, and how D2C merchandise impacts overall artist performance and charting
Working knowledge of apparel and merchandise production processes
Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as project needs arise
Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high expectations
