This is a brand manager position within the therapeutic area of hematology/oncology covering both Denmark and Norway. The position can be based in either Copenhagen or Oslo.
Job Responsibility:
In cooperation with Marketing Lead and Business Unit Lead, develops and executes Business Unit franchise strategy
Maximizes the brand potential at national level, by creation of differentiated value propositions
Coordinates x-functional team meetings in cooperation with marketing lead and the development of Brand Plans in Cluster Teams
Delivers materials, presentations and campaigns, including coordinates generation of customer access tools in variable channels
Brand Planning: Together with Marketing Lead coordinates cluster team, including planning and execution of cluster team meetings
Coordinates creation of Business Unit brand strategies
Co-develops Country Brand Plan in x-functional cooperation in full congruence with International Brand Plan
Marketing: Translates/implements international brand campaign locally
Develops and executes on Marketing/Commercial tactics
Ensure conception and effective roll-out of marketing campaigns and patient-centric solutions and partnerships
In cooperation with Marketing Lead, manages approved marketing budgets
In cooperation with Sales Lead responsible for all operational marketing matters
Coordinates and drives effort to continuously develop tools from variable channels
Designs and executes promotional activities
Prepare marketing environment for future launches (2-4 years)
Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans
X-functional cooperation: Partners with the Medical department
Cooperate with digital lead on joint projects
Be an active member of the international marketing team
Partner with relevant stakeholders
Support the Business Unit Lead during preparation for presentations
Procedures: Recruits and manages external vendors
Execute and analyses market research
Overall responsible for content in materials, including compliance
Drives C3 process for sponsorships
Planning of brand DOE and project POs
Outputs: Brand DOE budget/Brand performance/Brand plans
Sales support tools
Promotional campaigns
Marketing events
Input to Product Forecast and LE
Business presentations for Brand/Franchise/Country Reviews
Cross-functional SC strategy and roadmap for roll-out, funding and improvement
Innovative solutions to maximize Customer Engagement activities
Planning, execution, governance processes for MC planning and SC delivery
Requirements:
Academic education or experience from similar positions
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
Fluency in Danish or Norwegian, both oral and written communications
Financial and budgeting skills
Experience using MS Office tools
Tenure at last two jobs for at least 2 years each
Nice to have:
Minimum 2 years in a big pharmaceutical company
Documented experience in franchise area (e.g., Oncology, Gen Med, etc.)
Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership
