As the Branding Manager, you will be the custodian of our brand voice and the architect of our market reputation. Reporting to the Head of Sales in Malaysia , your primary mission is to build deep trust and demand among high-level HR stakeholders. This is not just a strategic role; it is an execution-heavy position. You will lead a team of content creators to articulate our brand vision across multiple regions, ensuring we are the 'top-of-mind' partner for enterprise HR solutions. We are looking for a proactive, agency-minded professional who can turn a vision into a tangible content calendar that resonates globally.
Job Responsibility
Brand Articulation: Take the company's core vision and translate it into a clear, consistent brand voice that builds trust with HR managers and C-suite executives
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive quarterly brand calendar, including LinkedIn strategy, white papers, and thought leadership pieces
Trust Signals: Increase brand authority by managing online mentions, award participation, and P.R. activities to boost market presence
Team Leadership: Manage a dedicated team of content creators to ensure all output is high-quality, on-brand, and strategically aligned
Market Expansion: Tailor branding efforts to resonate across diverse markets, including Malaysia, Singapore, the UK, and China
Requirements
Proven experience in Brand Management or Content Strategy, ideally within a B2B tech or professional services environment
A proactive, hands-on approach
Strong capability in content planning and P.R. coordination
