As our Canadian Brand Manager, you’ll support the development and execution of Employment Hero’s brand presence across the Canadian market. Reporting to the Canada Brand, Comms & Content Lead, you’ll help bring the brand to life through creative campaigns, social content, events, and compelling storytelling designed for Canadian SMBs. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You’ll work closely with global creative teams, local marketing partners, and external agencies to deliver high-impact brand initiatives that contribute to awareness, engagement, and market growth.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the execution of Employment Hero’s Canadian brand strategy
Helping develop creative campaigns and programs that elevate brand awareness
Coordinating with global creative, brand, and social teams to adapt assets for Canada
Managing day-to-day delivery of organic social content, brand partnerships, and local activations
Contributing to an ongoing event and content program that positions EH as a trusted authority for Canadian SMBs
Executing multi-channel brand campaigns, from planning through to delivery
Localizing global brand assets and messaging to reflect Canadian customer needs
Owning day-to-day Canadian organic social publishing, engagement, and reporting
Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to produce assets (videos, graphics, case studies, event materials, sales enablement content)
Supporting the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars and in-person events
Conducting research and gathering insights to inform campaign decisions and audience understanding
Tracking performance metrics, monitoring ROI, and reporting results to senior stakeholders
Managing timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure campaigns launch on time and at a high standard
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications roles (agency, in-house, or scale-up environments)
Experience supporting brand or campaign execution across digital, social, events, and content channels
Strong creative instincts with the ability to brief designers, write clear messaging, and contribute to compelling brand storytelling
Experience collaborating with social, creative, and content teams
familiarity with organic and paid social best practices
A proactive, “roll up your sleeves” approach—you’re resourceful, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using brand and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe, CMS platforms, or marketing automation tools
Strong communication and project management skills
Nice to have:
Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing is a bonus, but not required
