We are seeking a "Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager" for the cosmetics industry, a company we consult for.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Hub General Manger in defining the strategic direction for the focus categories in Turkey
Be the anchor in cross-agency (creative, digital, PR) interactions for effective 360-degree communication development on assigned category
Regularly interact with the sales team and suppliers and influence them to ensure timely implementation of all in-market brand plans on the whole category
Work closely with the Regional Marketing Hub on end-to-end rollout of the assigned category NPDs. (Consumer Research, Product brief, Interaction with innovation team, product launch etc)
Align Media Planning, Trade Market Research and other marketing processes in line with category/brand/country strategies
Consumer understanding of the assigned category coupled with internal external data analysis to generate relevant hypothesis and action plans
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure accurate artwork approvals and delivery for all regions
Requirements:
A post graduation degree in Business/Marketing
5+ years of Brand Management hands-on experience in reputed FMCG companies
Experience in personal care products preferred
Strong exposure to Brand Management, Trade Marketing, New Product Launches, Media Planning and Market Research
