Design and develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Manage brand strategies and plans execution and budgets planning and consumption
Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail or SMS campaigns
Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
Oversee new and ongoing online and offline marketing and advertising activities
Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs
Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
Seek opportunities and come up with innovative marketing ideas
Keeps marketing team, project leaders and different departments well informed with projects news
Manage agencies/suppliers and insure premium productivity
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the projects marketing plan
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Marketing and brand management
Bachelor Degree in BA, Marketing Specialization. MBA and marketing diploma holder is plus
Fluent English
Hands on / excellent knowledge of MS office
A proven track record of successful project implementation in real estate organizations or advertising agencies for at least 5 years
Team management experience, hard worker, goal, and results oriented attitude
The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines
