The Brand Manager will be responsible for executing an established brand strategy and ensuring plans roll out effectively and on schedule. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration, ownership of key initiatives, and the ability to motivate and uplift a growing team. This individual will manage budgets, agencies, and product initiatives while maintaining momentum, celebrating wins, and finding joy in the work. Job Responsibility:
Execute brand strategy as defined by senior leadership
Ensure marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives are delivered as intended
Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual standards across all channels
Own day-to-day marketing execution across digital, retail, and experiential platforms
Manage a small team (2 direct reports) and support their growth and development
Set clear priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Be a strong team player, comfortable taking direction while driving execution forward
Motivate, uplift, and foster a collaborative, celebratory team culture
Manage P&L-related marketing budgets, invoices, and forecasting
Oversee and optimize relationships with third-party partners (PR, social media, agencies, vendors)
Ensure agency work aligns with strategy, timelines, and quality expectations
Lead product innovation initiatives, including packaging design oversight
Manage go-to-market plans and timelines for new product launches
Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful execution from concept through launch
Execute integrated campaigns across digital, retail, influencer, and experiential channels
Support seasonal, cultural, and promotional initiatives
Ensure all campaigns align with strategic objectives and brand standards
Requirements:
CPG experience (does not need to be food & beverage
skincare, apparel, or adjacent categories acceptable)
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and shopping behaviors
Experience managing and developing a team
Strong communication style with the ability to lead through clarity and collaboration
Demonstrated ability to execute deliverables with consistency and follow-through
Experience with innovation, packaging design, and go-to-market planning
Positive, energetic mindset with the ability to have fun and find joy in the work
